J. Oliver Peart
MBA, B.A.Sc. (Mech. Eng.), P.Eng., CFEI

With approximately 20 years experience in the field of Forensic Engineering, Oliver Peart brings a range of expertise to the company. His education includes training in PC-Crash, PC-Rect, and CDR Tool Certification as well as being a Certified Fire and Explosive Investigator. Mr. Peart has been qualified as an expert in Alberta, Ontario and British Columbia Courts and has testified in over 40 occasions through his career.


William H. Acteson
B.Sc. (Mech. Eng.), P.Eng.

Bill Acteson has been working in the field of Accident Reconstruction and Forensic Engineering for approximately 20 years and has been involved in the analysis of more than 1000 investigations. In addition to qualifying as an expert in both Alberta and Ontario he is trained in PC-Crash, holds a CDR Tool Certification and a Class 5/6 (motorcycle) license. Mr. Acteson offers clients a range of experience in all aspects of accident and failure analysis.


Chris D. Valcourt
B.Sc. (Mech. Eng.), P.Eng.

Chris Valcourt has approximately 10 years of experience in the field of Accident Reconstruction and Forensic Engineering following five years as a Rotating Equipment Specialist in the Oil and Gas Industry. He is trained in PC-Crash and has extensive knowledge and practical experience with automotive systems and holds a Class 5/6 (motorcycle) license. Mr. Valcourt has been qualified as an expert in Alberta for motor vehicle accident reconstruction.
